All the staff was really excellent and best, tackled my issues. The service was very good with parking close to the hotel. Fortunately, free Wi-Fi was provided in public areas. It took me 10 mins to get to the bus station.

Wonderful and quiet accommodation with very welcoming staff with what I assume was the manager. A huge variety of freshly made food for meals. Fantastic, excellent location close enough to the Ivory Playa in August, the sea and good restaurants nearby in walking distance. Also, on the bay of Alcudia. The pool area is well-maintained too. Easy parking close to the hotel. Fine base for exploring Alcudia.

Superior apartment with a double bed as well as lovely views. The location magnificent and incredible to the shops across the road. So close to the beach and supermarkets, the port or the walled city in Alcudia which is amazing and restaurant twice.

Suits for holiday, can't help but recommend. Exceptional hotel, good value, has magnificent location really close to public transport, a bakery, bicycle store and supermarket and the bar / food area there. The staff is efficient and the breakfast is abundant and great. The room is well-appointed and includes a clean bathroom. There is a great view over garden from the balcony.

Reasonably large and fairly clean hotel, location was super near supermarket nearby and restaurants, the bar / food area there and the beach, which btw was one of the best ones in Alcudia and on high season at least a good frequency of the buses. The room was brand-new, the breakfast was great. The bed was soft and the balcony had exceptionally good views of the beach. A gym area, a spa and a gym where right on spot. Besides, there was parking close to the property.

The room with the view 75 % blocked by trees was good value. It was in a residential location, easy to reach by public transport or shuttle bus from Palm airport. And we were close enough to the nearest beach which is perfect for kids-clean, shallow and warm sea, hotel's own restaurant and Puerto Pollensa.

We truly enjoyed rooms and views, they were NICE. Our studio was ready when we arrived. Hotel is adjacent to sandy beach. Apart from that, Hsm Lago Park was 10 minutes' drive away. Besides, the property had free Wi-Fi.
