The room was good sized and recently refurbished and equipped with a nice balcony, a superb view, self catering facilities as described. The a la carte restaurant for breakfast and the poolside bar.

The room we were offered an upgrade to was good modern and top-class and included a safe and a hair dryer. The staff was attentive, very knowledgeable, and everything was really good. It had magnificent and perfect location, the place was an easy walk to Cala d'Or city centre. There was a fantastic restaurant, a shopping area and boutiques next door.
The room had not so great views.

Had very very good stay in September. The most important was the staff - excellent and attentive people. The hotel was in an excellent and perfect location minutes from a harbour and a hill. The property had its own a la carte restaurant for dinner and tea at the grill restaurant, it was terrific.
Shame the bathroom was a bit tired.
