Overall it was large and normal double with seaview. Had particularly good location to Palma or to the airport, minutes from El Arenal Beach. Besides, we were near to a restaurant, the beach and the lovely promenade, and bus stops that serve Palma.

Had a really really nice time. The breakfast was not expensive with the desserts and open dishes completely uncovered, for example to choose from. The stuff where accommodating during my stay. The location was marvellous near to beach. A few times I ate at El Patio, located not too far from the hotel.

I had nice 2-night stay here! The single room was large and normal double with balcony. The staff were all dedicated and the breakfast was cheap and great with the desserts and open dishes, for example. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, at a moderate distance from Bierkonig. You could walk to supermarkets and a convenience shop.

The room was fashionable, with smoke detectors and nice views of the sea. The location was great and perfect, next to the beach and public transport, bus stop and taxi stop, and restaurants, stores, bus stations, the beach was close to the venue. Besides, it was 5 mins walk from Playa de Palma.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not professional.

The staff was respectful and flexible and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The service was exceptional, that made the hotel great relaxing and beautifully kept place. Had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost. It was an absolutely perfect and incredible location for us, close enough to sandy beach great bus service to palma and other areas like ' Bierstrasse ' and ' Schinkenstrasse '.
Tbh Wi-Fi was slow, and the bed was quite hard.

The room itself was stylish and neat with seaview as well as excellent breakfast as advertised. The location of the hotel was great and absolutely perfect - at a short distance from Bierkonig.

Tbh, had a very nice stay during my visit to Mallorca. I had exceptionally comfortable bed and gates in the beautifully designed and normal double. En suite bathrooms, that included a roll-in shower. The staff was affable, I loved to be here. Location: the hotel was very close to other areas like ' Bierstrasse ' as well as the restaurant. Also, Palma Beach was max 5 minutes walk to.
Some people working there were unprofessional.

I loved that my room had a terrace. Close to the beach. Location really close to Mar Tirrena bus stop, only 10 minutes walk away. 200 metres away from the hotel there is Casa Leone, which is a good dining choice;))
