The location was magnificent and incredible - not far from good bus links to the rest of the island, beaches close by and the town centre, the Bus station and the harbour. The room was new-fashioned and attractive with comfortable beds, we stayed in all day. The service was excellent with a fast check-in.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff was especially helpful. My room was air conditioned and good sized with nice views. I liked both wake-up service and big bed. The service was excellent, including good hot breakfasts and a very clean pool. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. The location was ideal and nice for traveling around Ciutadella, close to the '' Menorca Patricia '' for an extended weekend and the public areas.
