Intimate hotel, the stuff were all excellent and very flexible and the location was lovely in centre of historic Pollenca. The room was newly remodelled and complete with a bath. The breakfast was generous and rich, liked everything.

Overall it was well-designed with a fantastic view. The hotel was in an amazing location just off the main square, really lively atmosphere, close to all the restaurants and bus stop and good restaurants and bars.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were quite busy.

Every visit to Pollenca we like to stay here. The double room overlooks city and includes an electric kettle and refrigerators. The staff are nice and deserve a 3-star rating. The hotel has a central location right in the centre of Pollenca.

It was surely a really great stay in the old town. Everything was good, so where romantic views of the town. My double room was equipped with a personal safe, climate control, and an iron. The staff was nice providing the information. Central location was a plus. I liked the vegetarian cuisine served in the attached restaurant.

Certainly an excellent experience for one night in Pollenca. Intimate hotel with nice personnel and fabulous view of the town. Lovely and rich breakfast - lots of meals. Well presented dishes, central location undisturbed on Sunday morning when the market sets up from 5am. Based just next door to a car free square with cafes, sunny Mallorca and the centre on Plasa Major.

Sincerely, it was a very comfortable stay for one night at the hotel before moving on for a week in Puerto Pollenca on the 29th June 2012. The room was spotless, in the traditional spanish style. The location in a lovely area was great and there were the Sunday market and a market nearby. Moreover, Carrer del Calvari was nearby. The restaurant was pleasant and served hot food.

Tbh, had a really enjoyable stay for one night at the hotel before moving on for a week in Puerto Pollenca on the 29th June 2012. The staff was exceptionally helpful, the breakfast was very very good, everything was pleasant. The location was central, not far from bars and restaurants in the evening, allofwhich serve good quality food and a car free square with cafes and restaurants all around.
