The hotel was big size with a relatively quiet location just next door to the beach, shops & bars & restaurants, shops and restaurants, and supermarkets. The breakfast was savoury with plenty of meals to choose from. There were a balcony and a safe in the room, liked that. The staff was very hard working and caring, I will never forget them.

The weather was lovely, had really great stay on our short holiday. The staff were nice and positive, everything was good. We had the double room which was absolutely perfect and trendy for bathroom. The breakfast was tasty and offered a wide range of fresh food. The location was good with a bus station in front of the accommodation. We truly enjoyed the stay here.

It made my trip to El Arenal a good experience. The accommodation was modern with helpful and attentive staff. The location was incredible, at a medium distance from a large amusement park. There was a pleasant restaurant, chemist's and a supermarket next door. The pool was nice and I had warm drinks in the roof top bar.
The staff were usual, didn't expect that coming.
