The whole experience was very good, nothing too much trouble, 100% recommend. Top-class hotel, exceptionally clean, very amiable staff and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Besides, the location was excellent and amazing for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Plaza Espana. The property was in a cute area. The restaurant was magnificent with a stunning view, we ordered appetising dishes.

The location was prime, just a short walk away from Santa Fe. I ate at the rooftop restaurant near the hotel. The pool bar was superb.
