It boasts marvellous, perfect location really close to Santa Eulalia square which has three excellent, friendly bars, the sea and the city center, and all the historic sights. Everyone is really friendly and host too. Thanks for the stay - would stay here again.

I had a double room and it was elegant with 2 bathrooms as well as 3 toilets. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were a nice touch.
The bed was extremely hard, that's my bad luck.

The hotel is in a magnificent and particularly good location in a very quiet area. The classic double room overlooks street and includes an electric kettle and glassware. The staff is pretty friendly, and the host too. Thanks for a wonderful stay, would stay here again.

The stay was comfortable. My 2 girls and I loved being there. Big and elegant units with nice bathroom and comfortable beds plus complimentary toiletries, and the staff were outstandingly accommodating. The hotel location was great in a nice neighbourhood.

Everything was perfect, but we stayed for 2 nights only. The double room was large with very comfy beds. The location was very central, next to the local cafe's and restaurants, the old town of Palma and close to all the main attractions. Old Town district was worth staying in.

the service was helpful. in the classic queen room we had exposed wooden beams as well as central heating, multi-channel television and a writing table. the staff was accommodating and fabulous when needed. the location was marvellous and pleasant, for example, santa catalina was within walking distance of the hotel.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Nice styled room, comfy bed, efficient staff. Plenty of supplies in the room : a microwave oven, a dining area and a sitting area. Delicious breakfast combined with great service. There was a fabulous restaurant, stores and a bakery next door. The beach nearby was beautiful and the view was great!
